BSREF / Ginkgo Residential
BSREF in conjunction with Ginkgo Residential has purchased a number of multi-family residential properties located in southeastern states that it has renovated and upgraded. Samson has invested consistently with BSREF / Ginkgo Residential since 2013.

Columbus Turnstyle
Columbus Turnstyle is a 28,000 square foot (gross) underground retail “street” created from an unused retail corridor adjacent to the Columbus Circle subway station. The space is master-leased from the Metropolitan Transportation Authority and has over 30 shops catering to the estimated 88,000 people who pass through the station on a daily basis. Samson partnered with developers Susan Fine and Howard Glatzer to develop, lease, and manage the space.

Madison Capital
Madison Capital is an established real estate investment and operating company, which invests with major domestic and international institutional partners and is based in New York City. Madison acquires prime urban retail and mixed-use assets in New York City and other major urban markets. It also invests in senior and subordinated debt and equity positions, often in connection with distressed assets and restructuring opportunities. Samson has invested with Madison Capital since 2002.

Milner Media Partners
Milner Media Partners is owner of a four radio station cluster in Kankakee, Illinois. The cluster includes an oldies, top 40, and country stations. Samson partnered with industry executives David Benjamin (former Triad Broadcasting CEO), Mickey Luckoff (former President of ABC Radio in San Francisco), and Timothy Milner (CEO of Milner Media Partners) to acquire the cluster in 2018.

Wealth Partners Capital Group
Wealth Partners Capital Group (WPCG) was created in 2017 to pursue an independent wealth management consolidation strategy through the integration and transition of firms onto common operating platforms. Led by a team of six, seasoned professionals, WPCG provides capital, strategic direction, and functional expertise with the goal of driving organic growth and operational efficiencies. Samson partnered with several prominent investors, including Affiliated Managers Group, a global asset management company, in the formation of WPCG.

ZIP Peconic Wells
ZIP Peconic Wells was created to purchase a 32-acre farm in Peconic, (Town of Southhold) on the North Fork of Long Island. In 2010, ZIP Peconic Wells closed on the sale of development rights on the land and simultaneously subdivided the property into 3 lots – one 29-acre preserved farm field and two adjacent building lots. ACA Compliance Group (ACA) is a leading provider of regulatory compliance products and solutions, cybersecurity and risk assessments, performance services, and technology solutions to regional, national, and global firms in the financial services industry. With offices worldwide, ACA clients include leading investment advisers, private fund managers, commodity trading advisors, investment companies, and broker-dealers. Founded in 2002 by former SEC examiners and state regulators, ACA services and develops its products with a team comprised of former SEC, FINRA, FSA, NYSE, NFA, and state regulators, as well as former senior managers and technologists from prominent financial institutions and consulting firms.

Alternative Biomedical Solutions
Alternative Biomedical Solutions (ABS) is a leading supplier of high-performance toxicology and chemistry measurement systems based in Dallas, Texas. ABS offers a comprehensive line of analyzers, reagents, consumables, and customized service agreements. Its products are specifically engineered to accelerate and improve drug discovery and similar research initiatives. Samson partnered with Casla Partners, L.P. to acquire ABS.

Canyon Lake & Cranes Mill Marinas
Canyon Lake & Cranes Mill Marinas are located on Canyon Lake near San Antonio and Austin, Texas in Comal County. The combined marinas have over 700 slips, two fuel docks, two ship stores, a service center, a boat rental operation, and a restaurant. Samson partnered with Suntex Marinas to acquire the marinas.

Essex National Securities, LLC (ENSI), member FINRA/SIPC, is an independent broker/dealer, insurance agency, registered investment advisor, and cutting-edge technology company. ENSI builds and delivers customized solutions that are tailor-made for banks and credit unions. ENSI partners with financial institutions across the country to create and support best-in-class investment programs. Established in 1989, ENSI’s corporate office is located in Napa, California.

Mercury Capital Advisors Group
Mercury Capital Advisors Group is a leader in institutional capital raising and investment advisory services. The firm was founded in 2009 by the former leadership of the Merrill Lynch Private Funds Group. Mercury Capital Advisors has relationships with a broad range of institutional investors. These include sovereign wealth funds, corporate and public pension plans, insurance companies, endowments, family offices, foundations, funds of funds, and consultants. Mercury has offices in New York, London, Boston, Dubai, San Francisco, Washington, D.C., Tokyo, and Singapore and is a preferred distribution partner with branches in Chile, Peru, Brazil, and Colombia.

RoLu
RoLu LLC was created to purchase, protect, and create a limited development plan for a 100-acre historic estate in Long Island. The desire to conserve the land came to fruition by working with the North American Land Trust (NALT) of Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania. In 2002, the partners of RoLu donated conservation easements to the Long-Island-based Peconic Land Trust in order to preserve the historic integrity of the property and protect it from inappropriate development.

Established in 2009, Scottish American (SA) is a national insurance wholesale broker and managing general agent. Focused on specialty property and casualty insurance, SA has contracts with insurance companies to underwrite business on their behalf. It actively writes business with over 5,000 retail insurance brokers mainly in California, New York, Louisiana, and Texas.

Suntex Marina Investors
Suntex Marina Investors (SMI) is an owner, operator, and developer of high-quality coastal and inland marina properties. SMI was formed in July 2015 for the purpose of acquiring direct and indirect interests in marina properties located throughout the United States.
